CANDYFLOSS EVENTS
The Candyfloss Creative Initiative offers a wide variety of events, showcasing collaborative efforts from members of our community.
Members of Candyfloss receive guaranteed project/performance entry into showcase events, and guaranteed entry into workshop/networking events. Showcased works must be made/worked on primarily by members of Candyfloss.

The Candyfloss Film Festival
The Candyfloss Film Festival is a showcase of collaborative efforts of directors, screenwriters, actors, and crew members in Candyfloss.
The Candyfloss Film Festival is held once per semester.
Dates will be announced early in the semester. The films shown are a representation of what Candyfloss has worked on over the past semester, and provide filmmakers with a goal to work towards.
Candyfloss Concerts
Candyfloss Concerts focus on showcasing the performance and writing ability of solo musicians and bands within the Initiative.
We provide musicians the connections to all sorts of talent in the community, like sound engineers, producers, and graphic designers for promotional material and merchandise. All of the profits from merchandise are shared between the musician/band they represent and the artists that designed them.
WORKSHOPS
The Candyfloss Creative Initiative hosts workshops that provide an open, judgement free space for creators of all mediums to share their projects, receive feedback, constructive criticism and input, and begin the process of executing their ideas.
Networking Events
For those members of the community looking to broaden their horizons and meet with new collaborators, Candyfloss holds member-exclusive and non-exclusive networking events where our community can come together to discuss ideas, give each other feedback, and bond over our common goal of creativity.
SOCIALS
We believe it’s incredibly important to make real, physical connections in relaxed, social environments. We sometimes host Socials, where we choose a location, and anyone in Candyfloss is welcomed to come hang out, make new friends, and get to know our members better.

Location: Provided upon requestThe Candyfloss SCREENPLAY WORKSHOP is open to all members, but targeted towards filmmakers, writers, and actors.
The SCREENPLAY WORKSHOP will provide an open, judgement free space for filmmakers to share their work, receive feedback, constructive criticism and input, and begin the process of casting and pre-production.

Screenplays do not need to be finished, and early drafts or new ideas are welcome!
